As a Career and Certified Life Coach, my goal is to help you re-imagine your life with a more positive outlook, balance and an intentional plan to achieve success both professionally and personally.
I have always enjoyed helping others become the best version of themselves. My degree in Business Management focusing on Human Resources and Marketing helped set the path for my journey. I spent 23 years in the consulting industry in human resources / corporate recruiting and also worked in the nonprofit industry. Throughout my career, I have coached undergraduates and MBA students, working Moms, and other career women realize their full potential. As a Life Coach, I've helped women feel empowered, renewed and ready to live the life they want at any age, whether it's discovering their purpose in life, creating a vision for success, strengthening their relationships with others, preparing for retirement or starting a new business.
